At IT Republic, we don't see sustainability as a short-term trend, but as an integral part of our corporate values. We want to make our contribution — both by acting responsibly in our own company and by working with our customers. Our goal is to reconcile environmental and social responsibility with our business. We ensure responsible use of energy, materials and office resources. This includes, for example, using green energy, working with little paper and reusing work equipment wherever possible.

Sustainable mobility
Where possible, we rely on digital collaboration to avoid unnecessary travel. When personal meetings are necessary, we prefer public transportation or carpooling.

Customer projects with added value
We advise and support our customers in such a way that digital solutions can be designed to be efficient, durable and resource-saving. Technology should generate not only economic but also social benefits.

Encourage employees
We value respectful, open and fair cooperation. Diversity, personal development and the reconciliation of work and family are very important to us.

Our path to net zero
We see sustainability as a continuous process and consistently align our actions with the goals of the Swiss Climate and Innovation Act (KlG). As a company, we are committed to the legally enshrined net zero target for 2050 and strive to reduce our direct and indirect emissions step by step, for a positive contribution to people, the environment and our customers.
