Preamble
IT Republic's vision is to inspire customers from the first contact to the completion of a project and to be recommended based on this customer experience. Achieving this requires customer proximity and trust.
IT Republic promotes this through voluntary commitment to basic ethical values and the creation of principles of action.
The following Code of Conduct applies to the entire IT Republic. IT Republic members are expected to consistently align their actions with the Code of Conduct.
General
The Code of Conduct can be viewed by every employee at any time in IT Republic Team Share. On the occasion of employment, the employee is required to read the Code of Conduct. Every employee knows and understands this Code of Conduct.
Each employee actively promotes the implementation of the Code of Conduct and informs their supervisor of the conduct of third parties in case of doubt.
Violations and sanctioning
Violations of the Code of Conduct (or toleration of violations of the Code of Conduct) have a negative effect on the assessment of employee performance and can be punished with disciplinary measures including employment law consequences.
Development of the Code of Conduct
The ideas of ethical action are subject to constant change. This Code of Conduct is therefore regularly reviewed and amended if necessary.
Confidentiality of customer data
IT Republic treats customer information confidentially and neither uses it for its own benefit nor is it made available to third parties.
Customer expectations
IT Republic does not create unrealistic or false expectations and makes no promises that the expected benefits from specific consulting services will certainly be achieved.
Acceptance of customer orders
IT Republic only accepts mandates for which IT Republic has the experience and knowledge.
Dealing with conflicts of interest and grants
If the interests of an employee conflict with the interests of IT Republic, its customers or other stakeholders, the employee immediately informs a member of the management board. IT Republic takes measures to regulate the conflict of interest or even prevent it from arising.
Employees of IT Republic generally do not receive money, mandatory gifts or other contributions from other employees, customers, professional market participants (manufacturers, consulting companies, etc.) for their professional activities. In case of doubt, approval from the internal compliance department is required.
Employment conditions and employee support
IT Republic wants to take into account the individuality of employees when hiring (in terms of gender, age, origin, education and personality) and promotes this.
IT Republic offers all employees the same employment and promotion measures. The work performance of employees is assessed through a fair, objective and comprehensible process.

Dealing with employees
Employees respect the dignity, personality and privacy of each individual. Mutual interaction is characterized by support, respect, fairness, professionalism and openness.

Protecting the environment
IT Republic and its employees use natural resources as sparingly as possible. Environmental aspects are taken into account when making decisions. IT Republic strives to keep its ecological footprint as low as possible.
