For effective relationship management, client advisors need a complete, up-to-date view of their client relationships—across all system boundaries. Vontobel therefore decided to build a custom solution based on Salesforce that had to be deeply embedded into the existing application landscape. IT Republic was part of the project team from the very beginning. Our engineers took end-to-end responsibility, from requirements analysis, design, and implementation of the integration paths to testing, deployment, and operations.   • Real-time capability under pressure:Real-time capability under pressure: Relevant customer data needed to be available without any noticeable delay. This requirement had to be met within an ambitious timeframe, without compromising on stability or security.
