In the Salesforce Health Check, an experienced engineer from IT Republic takes the time to look at your org and your specific situation – whether for a status assessment or to address a problem you are currently stuck on. Afterwards, you will receive a written summary report with the key findings and recommended next steps.
What this means in practice
A structured working session, not a sales presentation.
Duration
60–120 minutes, remote via Teams or Zoom. On-site in the Zurich area upon request.
Who participates
On our side, a Salesforce engineer with 10 years of platform experience.
On your side, ideally two people: someone with a technical view of the org (admin, developer, integrator) and someone from the business side who is responsible for the processes. In practice, the interaction between these two perspectives yields the most insights.
Org access
Not required. If you would like to share your screen during the session or set up read-only access in advance, the analysis will be more concrete—that is entirely up to you.
Result
Within five business days, you will receive a concise written report of two to three pages: findings, an assessment of the respective risks or potential, and recommended next steps. The document is yours and is written in a way that you can share it internally.
You determine the focus:
Path A — Assessment
You aren't sure where you stand. We will review your org across six dimensions: security and access model, automation and technical debt, data quality, usage and licenses, integrations, and process fit with Salesforce standards. By the end, you will know which two or three topics require attention—and which do not.
Path B — Specific challenge
You have a problem and need a second opinion from someone who has solved similar issues multiple times. We go deep rather than broad.
What clients come to us with:
From the business and leadership perspective
From a technical perspective
Bring a topic from one of the two lists – or one of your own. Not sure if your topic is a good fit? Send us a few lines, and we’ll be honest about whether the session is worth it.
What you get after the Salesforce Health Check:
An evaluation of which of your findings are actual risks and which are working well enough to leave as they are.
Two to three quick wins that your team can implement themselves.
Larger-scale topics with an honest assessment of the effort and priority involved.
A brief written report that you can use internally, including as a basis for budget discussions.
